First of all, not being able to contact IK Multimedia directly is just laughable. I'm spendning money on products that aren't working and now I have to rely on the chance of someone else to help me. It's tragic.
Aaaanyhow.. I purchased the Orange OR50 after trying it out. Everything went well, got the receipt, everything seemed fine. But now it's locked in Amplitube anyway and it's not in the list of purchaseable amps in Custom Shop. Anyone know what might help?

https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/In the Custom Shop program, login, in the AmpliTube section, click [Gear] and select "Restore my Gear".
