CS not launching

When I launch AT4 CS I get an empty white window saying
Error creating SSL context ()

any idea what's wrong??

Hello cmonnier

What OS/platform are you on? Have you used this install of AT4CS before? Have you done anything to your system since the last time you used it? Have you tried rebooting and launching it again?

As this is a user-to-user forum and not direct to IKM support, in case no one else chimes in here with advice or a solution the best thing to do is check the FAQs, via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-su ... ck=QUICKSW

If these do not resolve the issue, there is a link to the Technical Support form, for direct help from Official IK Support. They endeavour to reply within 2 working days, but obviously considering the current situation things may take longer than usual.

And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the issues, but without directly quoting any correspondence from official support.

HI
I'm on MacOS Big Sur (maybe that is the issue, but all other IK apps I have are working)
I did nothing, and it lasts after reboots.

I suspect that the problem lies with incompatibility with Big Sur.As garfy suggested, please raise a Support Ticket.

IK is working on Big Sur compatibility but note that the current recommendation is not to update to Big Sur as stated in the link above.

I have the same issue with Apple Sonoma 14.3.1.
I have two apps named Custom Shop, one I'm able to open it and the other one with the same SSL error...

Are they different? thanks
