Some newbie question

Postby MateoAnthony1 » Thu Nov 05, 2020 12:24 pm

Hey all

I have mixcraft 9, AmpliTube, and just bought the fender collection 1.

I've been trying to find out how to use the various fender amps within mixcraft. For example, I'll record clean then I want to use the fender amps to model my sound (like how I do with my waves plugins)

How best should I start with this?

(edit - I dont see these in my FX selections, maybe their under some weird name?)

thanks all!

Hello MateoAnthony1 and welcome to the forum.

The Fender Collection and other gear models are available as individual items within AmpliTube ("AT4").

AmpliTube is the plug-in that you should see in your DAW.

First of all, Authorize the Fender Collection, if needed. Then run the Custom Shop program, log in, and in the AmpliTube section, click [Gear] then "Restore my gear" which should make them available.

Start MixCraft, load AT4 on a track, open it and you should then be able to get to all the Fender gear models.
