Question regarding preorder charges to credit card

Does anyone know if IKmultimedia charges when the order is placed or when the order is shipped? I'm an Amplitube 4 Max owner and I want to upgrade to Amplitube Max 5. I would just like to know before I placed my order.

Depends on where you are located/which IK location serves you. Laws and processes vary based on location. For a definitive answer based on location and from the IK team that handles these things, anybody who is unsure should follow DarkStar's advice above.

Thanks for the info. I went ahead and ordered the Axe I/O Amplitube 5 Max bundle yesterday. Can't wait to try out all the new gear and features!
