2 AXE I/O Control Panels

Hello,

I recently updated from AXE I/O version 1.1.0 to 1.2.0
now i have two AXE I/O control panels showing in the windows task manager and the uninstall app.

is this normal ?

I do not think so.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is check the FAQs, via here. If they do not resolve the issue, there is a link at the top to the Technical Support form, for some one to one investigation and help. Response time is usually within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

btw, i was wondering, do you think a clean uninstall/install is a good idea ?
