Total Studio 2 Max and Amplitube 4 Max

I bought the total studio 2 max and all of the amps are still locked on amplitube. How do I unlock everything?

Hello Cojojoejoe and welcome to the forum.

Firstly, I take it that you have authorised all the software using the serial number in your User Area for TS2MAX.

If this is so, you should open the Custom Shop app, click on the AmpliTube tab and go to Gear>Restore My Gear. This is the usual fix for this issue.

Please be advised that not all collections available for AT4 are included in AT4MAX (such as Brian May, Satriani etc) so some of the gear will still be locked.

Ah thank you! How do I go about downloading and unlocking everything else? I wasn’t 100% sure on what I was getting.

Download and install the IK Product Manager ("IKPM"). All of your products can be installed through there. But rad the User Manual first, especially the parts about the location for your Download and Sound Library folders.

All of your Registered products will also be in your User Area / My Products section
