Unable to Install ST4 SE sounds in External HDD

Recently I upgraded to Totalstudio 2 MAX.
Today I tried to install all into my new windows laptop.

I installed in External HDD. Can access ST3 sounds and not ST4 SE sounds.

Even I am not able to install sounds in default location (local HDD)

Did you use IK Product Manager to install these?

Yes I installed from Ik product Manager only. It didn't work.

But now its working by the below steps

Installed directly to Local drive and Move the folder to ExHDD.
