Need Help Downloading Amplitube MAX

Just bought Amplitube MAX software and I couldn't find it in my IK Product Manager. The only products listed available for download are Amplitube 4 and Sample Tank 4. I did download a trial version of Amplitube before. Can anyone here assist me downloading this purchase. Tried calling IK costumer service in Florida but its a pain in the ass finding a real person to talk to. No one picks up their phone. Emailed them but got no response.

If you click the Products tab under AmpliTube you should see AmpliTube MAX. You can click the install button next to AmpliTube and it will install and authorize all that you have in your account for AmpliTube.
