Just received the Axe I/O and installed the included license for Abelton Live 10 Lite. Now, every time I try to select Amplitube 4 as a plug-in, Abelton crashes. Anyone had this issue, and have a solution? As is, this software is totally unusable for me.

It seesm now that I can get Amplitube to load and not crash the program - but there are no presets available. I get a "Preset Browser Error: Can't Open the Presets Database" error message. Anyone have luck in getting the presets to load?

That is not the normal behavior. If you are using Windows 10 and OneDrive you may experience that issue with the presets. Either way, I would recommend opening a ticket with IK Support for direct and official technical assistance as I'm sure they will resolve all of these issues for you. Thanks to the support staff for a quick reply. Just had to update some folder permissions and now things are working great.
