iRig 37 keys and SampleTank 3 no sound

Hi there,

I've installed SampleTank 3 and plugged the iRig 37 keys into my Dell laptop (Windows 10). Have installed The Grid as well and tried to select different Driver in Audio Settings (Audio/Midi). There is still no sound produced either by playing on the iRig keys or on SampleTank. Anyone got any advice? Completely newbie here.

Please make sure you are transmitting on the same channel from iRig Keys that you have set in SampleTank. That is the most likely issue.
