After a recent reinstall of Windows I'm finding that any preset I had created with octave effects has a problem and I don't know why. Could anyone think of a reason this would be happening?
Here I'm just hitting a low E string and I'm getting some warble. Same thing happens when pushing the Whamonator to an octave above.

Uninstall reinstall audio drivers
