Giving iRigStomp I/O to a friend

Hi everybody, I need your help.
I'm going to buy the iRig HD2, which is smaller and more easy to use for me, and I would like to give my iRig Stomp I/O to a friend. He has already Amplitube 4 and his account.
Will the pedalboard works on his AmpliTube without any issues?
