Ampliube 4.9.1 hard crashes Logic Pro x 10.4.8-10.5.1[Solved

click on preset browser and it reports back:

Preset Browser Error - Can't pen the Presets database.

Click in the presets panel and it's a hard crash.

Does *not* happen using MainStage v3.4.4.

Does not happen when using the standalone app.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled. No change.

Created a support ticket - haven't heard back yet.

Anybody else confirm? of thoughts?

I don't know what OS you're on, but I can't replicate the issue on Mojave 10.14.6 in either LPX 10.4.8 or 10.5. I haven't updated to 10.5.1. yet so can't confirm that one.

Unless anyone else replies with a similar experience keep working with Official Support.

Problem is fixed.

Despite me giving Logic Pro X access to the Documents folder, and rebooting as well, it wouldn't save that, but *eventually* did...

and now AmpliTube has access to the presets folder, and doesn't crash when it can't access...

it's solved. Whew!!!
