Amplitube 4 MIDI help

Hello all,

I have been using AT4 as a standalone on my mac and all works well but I want to use my midi controller to activate the loop record buttons, but in audio midi set up I cant get a AT4 to see my controller. My mac and other DAW see the devices and work fine but I cant seem to get it into AT4.

When I go to 'midi input' under audio midi setup, it just reads 'error'

Has anyone seen/heard of anything like this?

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one investigation and help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days, but in the current circumstances please allow some more time.

Randomly plugged in my controller before sending a ticket and it now works. Thanks for the reply
