Authorisation Manager rejecting serial number

Hi there,

I just purchased the AmpliTube MAX Crossgrade from Thomann, but when I paste the serial number into the Authorisation Manager it says it "is not eligible for a Crossgrade/Upgrade product (405).

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello colmohalla and welcome to the forum.

What is the Qualifying Product that makes you eligible for the Crossgrade/Upgrade? It must be Registered in the same IK Multimedia User Account as you are now using.

Please contact Sales Support who can look at your Account and see what's going on. Response time normally is within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally), but in the current circumstances please allow some more time. Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.
