I checked with the team. They did answer about T-RackS presets but no mention was made in your ticket about Billy Cobham sound libraries and they are not psychic so please reply to your ticket and make sure you mention that. Also, please check your spam/junk folders if you haven't heard back because I'm told they've replied.
