Signature Presets incompatible with Catalina

Hello,

I tried to install Signature Presets on Catalina Mac. The DMG opens without problems, installer runs and after inputting admin password, an error shows up:

"The package is trying to install content to the system volume. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."

This goes for every one of five Signature Presets DMGs.

IK, could you please update those?

Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one investigation and help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days, but in the current circumstances please cut them some slack.

when you have a chance to run the installer on an pre Catalina installation
you can copy the files manually in the right directory
that worked for me

We need an answer to this and a fix. These composer presets were definitely one of the main selling points for me. Please post a fix or update the DMG files so they work on Catalina ASAP. This is a major issue.

yes this is def right, a major issue
and there are more installers from ik with the same issue

100+ installers. It was very challenging for me to get everything installed on top of the incompatibilities discussed here. Please develop a (global) installer that solves this issue overall.

These should be the only installers that are not Catalina compatible. There will be an update but if you contact IK Support they should be able to walk you through a manual installation.

The sound library installers should work. I'm sure they'll figure out what is happening if you continue to work with them they don't just bail on issues.

on an other issue they got got back to me, but on the installer Problem
