TRacks5 Album Assembly won't open

It worked for a while, but now it won't open. Even tried a new project and it won't open. I get the icon in the task bar, but it shows as blank. It worked fine a few days back, now I can't open it to edit track info. Changed file to run as administrator... no change. It is the latest version. Havent' tried rebooting Windows yet.
If I don't get a forum response in a few days, I'll get a support ticket. Sometimes I get an answer by searching or a forum response. thanks

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are running into.

As this is primarily a user to user forum, someone-else may chime in [#]. Meanwhile, the best thing to do is raise a Support Ticket, here for some one to one investigation and help (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Response time is usually within 2 working days, but in the current circumstances please cut them some slack.

[#] But please remember that the same symptoms do not necessarily mean the same problem.
And, to help others who run into a similar problem, please let us know what you did to resolve the problem.
