SampleTank Sounds Reactivation

Hi everybody,

There's something I can't quite figure out. I own a couple of IK Multimedia products (Amplitube MAX; Syntronik; Miroslav SE; T-Racks Deluxe and SampleTank 3 and 4 (free versions)) and I'm very happy with them. Today I updated all my IK software. I started Custom Shop, checked Amplitube and Syntronik and clicked "restore my gear" to make sure all my purchased amps, pedals, cabs, FX and modules were up to date. However, when I went to SampleTank within CS, I noticed that all my purchased sounds (all Syntronik synth sounds and Elektronica Chill Out) mentioned "Sounds Expired - Reactivate". Reactivation costs €10,- per sound. But at the same time, if I open either SampleTank 3 or 4 (I have the free versions of these samplers) I still have access to all these instruments and sounds...
I don't understand why CS says that these sounds are expired, while I purchased them and downloaded them to a dedicated library drive, from where I can access them, without any problem.
I've included a screenshot of Custom Shop.

That image didn't work. However, it seems like you already have the sounds installed so you are OK. The reactivation/expiration is for the sound downloads (if you wanted to re-download to reinstall).

Also, just for info, the Reactivation fee would cover ALL your downloadable sounds libraries for a further 180 days. It is not £10 per library.
