custom shop and amplitube don't sync

I bought oversceam pedal from custom shop but it doesn't show in my amplitube.I followed all the instructions how to make it work but nothing happened.Is there something Im doing wrong?Please help!!! ;)

Usually this is resolved by opening the Custom Shop application in your Start Menu on Windows or Applications folder on macOS then logging in. Go to the AmpliTube section there and do a Gear --> Restore My Gear.
