SampleTank 4 not recognizing sound library

I have just installed SampleTank 4 on a new computer, and moved all of the sound libraries and instruments files from my old computer onto the new computer (and re-installed Cuban Trumpet from scratch). SampleTank 4 has the correct sound library location, but when I press "Re-scan" it scans very quickly and then none of the instruments show up. Instead I just have download buttons that link my to the My Products page. Why isn't it working and how do I fix it?

Did you authorise ST4 and the libraries on your new setup?

Is it just add-on libraries not showing or do you not have any playable instruments at all?

Yes I authorised the former and no it is not allowing me to see any instruments and I don't have any add on libraries.

Just to check - was ST4 working OK on your old system?

And did you copy the complete ST4 sounds library, not just the Instruments and Samples folders, to your new system?

Can you tell us:
-- the exact full path to the ST4 sounds library,
-- the disk path list in ST4's Preference settings.

The answers to the first two questions are yes and yes I think so.

The exact path of both is: D:\IK Multimedia\SampleTank 4

I found some missing parts elsewhere and it's seems to be working now. Thanks for all your help!
