New Stomp I/O, PC connection won’t Output to Headphones

Hey there,

Brand new user. Just got the stomp i/p and have it connected via usb to my laptop. I’m able to output sound to the internal speakers but not to the headphone jack on the unit itself. I’ve tried all audio options and the guitar signal does not output, system sounds will output through the controller. Hooked up my iPhone to see if I can output to the headphones and again nothing, just out of the built in speakers. Not sure what to do and considering giving up and returning. Any ideas?

I'm experiencing the same issue when connecting to a MacBook via USB.

Previously I've used an iPhone and the headphone output had worked. This is the first time connecting to a device via USB and wanting to direct the audio to another device.

I've tried the following scenarios, all individually i.e. not simultaneously:
* connecting headphones to the Stomp I/O directly
* connecting headphones to a the MacBook headphone jack
* connecting the MacBook to a stereo amp via the headphone jack
* connecting the Stomp I/O to a stereo amp directly use the Ext output

I'll greatly appreciate any help with this
