Sent a support issue on Sunday and have yet to receive a response. Real simple issue with a MM (the one without the power connected to it) very low volume and terribly distorted from my Mac. Even when connected via BT from an I pad. Pretty sure the speaker is shot. Just need a replacement
No, support is still working. There is a high volume currently, but they are working on tickets steadily. Please note we did post an update about what's happening under the current world circumstances.
