iRig Stomp IlO & iPad - Looper and Tuner won't start

I'm a brand new user of the iRig Stomp IO and AmpliTube. Really impressed so far. I'm using on Mac and iPad both. On the iPad, it's working as described overall, but....

While the pedals are all working normally for patch changes, tap tempo, switching between STOMP and LIVE modes, etc. I am not able to launch the TUNER or LOOPER using the foot controls.

Suggestions???

I have the exact same issue. It was working fine with the iOS app when I first got the Stomp I/O, but not anymore.

It still works perfectly fine in Amplitube for Windows.

I'm assuming there was an iOS Amplitibe update that has changed something.

Did you ever find a solution?

Nope But I’ve only had the issue on iPad. iPhone and Mac work fine.

Interesting that it works on the iPhone. The only thing that makes sense is that they've changed something in the iPad app.

I've submitted a ticket, we'll see what response I get. I've seen a couple of other threads of others with the exact same problem too.

I just tested it on my wife's iPhone, and it work fine.

As a test, I downloaded the iPhone version of amplitube onto my iPad and it didn't work either... So frustrating...

Not to my knowledge. I have an open ticket and have been working with tech support. Last communication I had from them, they were going to forward it to the engineering team for investigation.
