Dimebag Darrell CFH collection

I just bought the CFH collection and when I enter my serial number it gave me says another member its already using it!! How is that possible or am I doing something wrong? I got it out of the email IK sent me. Just frustrated would really like to use what I just paid $99 for

Please contact Sales Support who can look at the Serial Number and your Account and see what's going on. Response time generally is within 2 working days (US (East Coast) Business hours, generally). Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account or Product Registrations.
