AmpliTube 4 only letting record 2 tracks

I bought AT 4 AND can only record two tracks, what's up?

Without any details we would only be guessing.

What audio interface are you using?
What is stopping you recording more than 2 tracks?

I have this problem too.
When I click on 3.track open the window (buy online or custom shop).
But the standart should be 8 tracks !
I used Sound card Creative emu 2020 and ASIO 2_14; WIN 7 PRO

The free edition ("AmpliTube Custom Shop") has:
Built-in 2-track recorder in the standalone version

The paid-for editions ("AmpliTube") has:
8-Track Recorder/DAW.

It sounds like the (paid-for) AmpliTube Serial Number has not been used to Authorize the product. You may be able to do this using the new IK Product Manager, rather than by using the older Authorization Manager.
