Syntronic AUv3 crashing ios

iphone SE.
Using Midi Guitar standalone with Syntronik as an AUv3 plugin. Orange Omec as audio interface.

Syntronic loads fine and works for around 10 minutes. Then, suddenly, it stops, and all that's left of it in the 'instrument' tab is a blank white screen with 'Syntronic' written at the top.

Will do, thanks. Could be useful to have answers to problems like this available on a public forum though.

IK has a FAQ for frequently answered questions and technical issues are of course welcome for discussion but it would be between users who may have similar issues. In this case it doesn't seem like users responded and direct technical support is not elegantly executed within a forum so the team uses a ticketing system.
