Hello people!

I just made a wrong purchase and would like to know if you know about the correct cancellation procedure. It was only 60 minutes later and I realized the mistake. Please, is it possible to cancel the purchase? Thank you so much for your attention and time taken to respond ...

Please contact Sales Support with all your order details. They can look at your Account and see what can be done. Response time generally is within 2 working days. Administrators and Moderators here cannot access your Account.

We are very used to shop online these days but we still have some important questions to resolve about canceling purchases.

Solved! I just received the email with the refund. Thank you so much Mr. DarkStar and IK Multimedia Team! I recommend everyone to buy the products and keep in mind this real example that just happened to me with happy ending ... Once again, THANK YOU !!!!
