Here are my $0.02:

I'd like to have the ability to
    - use different time signatures (3/4, 6/8, instead of 4/4
    - use different speeds in songs (4 bars 108 bpm, 16 bars 140 bpm, 8 bars 120 bpm)
    - edit drum patterns
    - use blastbeats (grindcore/deathmetal)
    - exchange tracks/songs with other AmpliTube users, so you can asynchronously record with the rest of the band

- More ambient/ reverb pedals
- Some other drive pedals (Tubescreamers, Timmy, King of Tone)
- A volume pedal (for the iRig Stomp i/o)
- Dual amp setups
- Much more slots for pedals

I bought the iRig Stomp I/O with the intention of using it with an iPad, but the Mac version is much more complete compared to the iOS version, many reverb options are missing (this is also missing in the Mac version), delay and chorus options in stereo, and the lack of a simple volume pedal convinced me not to buy the iOS version.

Let us turn off everything but the pedals so we can use our iPad as a multifx pedal with a real amp

You can. Just use the power icon on the amp and cab sections and then all that will be left are the FX.

I tried that but I still get the cab sim colouring my tone?

Please add AUv3 support as Audiobus is too limited and problematic when recording into other DAW's and I've have given up using Amplitube because of this. I think Amplitube is the best sounding IOS app but I have resorted to using other apps because of no AU support. I can't understand how IK have implemented AU into all there other products but there first and most popular guitar amp still lacks this necessary feature.

Thanks

The only thing holding me back from purchasing the complete iOS Amplitube bundle ($150) is the inability to run two amps at once like in the desktop version. I don't know if this is due to how limited the mobile CPUs are compared to desktop CPUs.

Since I already have Stomp I/O, it makes perfect sense for me to just buy the full iOS Amplitube bundle for a complete guitar/bass multi-effects/amp sim setup, instead of getting a multi-effects unit from Zoom, Boss, Line 6, or whatever. But if I want to run two virtual amps at once away from the computer, then I have no choice but to get one of those hardware units, unless the iOS version adds that feature in the very near future.

I don't know whether the developers have read it but the things are long due
1. Import / export of presets
2. The iRig Stomp I/ O cannot be used on the stage. When switching presets, clicks and pops occur. Someone mentioned this in this topic on the first page in 2018.
3. Volume pedal.

1. Preset cloud. Yes, again. It’s a big time saver too share and keep your presets between computer and iPad. Somehow Positive grid did it. It’s not a full sharing but it works. I think it’s a question of time when there will be universal apps and most powerful sharing options.
2. I am a bass player. In Desktop version we had an option to do DI blending. I can’t do the same thing on my iPad. It gives clarity and brightness. Yeah, positive grid bass amps are bright, but yours are great and deep.
3. AUv3? It’s great.
