Hi Vital1960 and welcome to the forum.

Yes, AmpliTube is designed to work with the majority of sound cards available. You need an ASIO compatible sound card to use it on Windows. Here are the full specifications required, depending on what computer you've got.

Mac® (64-bits)
Minimal: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo, 2 GB of RAM (4 GB suggested), Mac OS X 10.7 or later.
Supported Plug-in formats (64-bit): Audio Units, VST 2, VST 3, AAX.

Windows® (64-bits)
Minimal: Intel® Core™ 2 Duo or AMD Athlon™ 64 X2, 2GB of RAM (4 GB suggested), Windows® 7, Windows® 8 or Windows® 10. Requires an ASIO compatible sound card.

Supported Plug-in formats (64-bit): VST 2, VST 3, AAX.

Hope that helps.
System Specs: 2012 Mac Mini 2.6 i7 & 2015 MBP 2.2 i7, 16GB RAM
macOS10.15.7 Logic 10.6.1 Reason 11

It should work with that interface. I used to use a much old M-Audio Fast Track with AmpliTube and it worked fine.

You'll just need to check that the drivers are still available and that your computer meets the specs in my previous post.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the iRig Pro I/O - you really shouldn't be.

Before you go investing money in a new interface, have you tried trouble shooting the device yourself? Even better, if you open a ticket with official IK Support, they will give you some one-to-one help. You really shouldn't be having latency and sound quality issues, as long as you are using an ASIO driver (on PC) and your computer meets the requirements.
