MODO is fully modelled. Consider a controller like Roli seaboard block.

A sequencer part and windows with access in note modeling.
A better slide function or button

Why not use a VST Host to sequence?

The facility to be able to link articulations to playing speed; so if the gap between notes is less than the specified duration (in either mS or fractions of a beat) Modo would switch from downstrokes to alternate strokes.

In the control section there's only the option to assign keyswitches to up or down strokes, or index or middle finger; can we have a third keyswitch for alternate?

I was reading about bass plug-ins and I actually found someone talking about the MODO bass plug-in and they love it. It was on a list with others, here's the resource that I read:

I would like for see multiple output capability in the next version. Ideally at least four. Each pick up a separate output, and also an output for DI, and amp.

I would also like to see a GUILD StarFire model, a great classic bass. I have a friend who mounted to guild pick up in a fender jazz and it sounded amazing.

It would be nice to have presets based on iconic players and styles such as Jack Cassidy, Geddy Lee, Chris Square, Jaco Pastorious, John Patitucci , Michael Mandring, Stanley Clarke, and many others.

Pre mapped articulations don't fit with MODO Bass which is a PM synth. You need something like a ROLI Seaboard and then IK needs to release MODO 2.0 with full MPE controller support and a brand new UI with a MIDI Matrix where you can map any control to anything. Last update was 2017.

Please implement microtonality via the SCALA tuning standard:

http://www.huygens-fokker.org/scala/scl_format.html

I would buy it in a heartbeat if that was possible. Thanks.

Hello,
I got MODO bass since yesterday and for a newbie like me, I realize that an integrated panel with some sample (well known would be even better) bass riffs / midi patterns is cruelly missing . (i.e. something a la Toontrack EZ drummer would be really great for people like me who have -almost- never touched a real bass guitar in their life)

I would be really cool if there will be also some bass presets already tailored to get "the sound of" some famous bassist artists .

I am not sure if I am clear, sorry for my bad English.
Thanks in advance.
Eric

I'd love for IK to add a tuning feature to Modo Bass that would allow even lower tunings than Drop A. My lowest note is G (on the open B string) and it's impossible to use Modo Bass for certain tracks because of this.
