Software Download Questions

I recently purchased a new Mac and I am trying to download all of the products that I previously purchased and I am getting an error of "Installation failed. The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance". I tried to attach the screenshot but don't know how. Also, is there a way to download and install all of my products at one? Or do I have to install them one at a time? Please assist.

You would need to download the latest version of each product you have registered from your IK User Area (as well as any sound library downloads for software like SampleTank, Syntronik, etc).

Each would need to be installed separately and should have an installation & authorization manual included with the download.

Thank you for your response. I went to the user area to download the latest version and when I initiated the download, that is when I received the error. https://imgur.com/a/Pq2Gh

Hello Peter,

I have reached out to IK support for a year and still no resolution. I emailed them 2 months ago with the information they requested and still have not received a response(ticket number 703028 which a year old). Please direct me to someone(with a phone number) to resolve this issue
