Bought a new Axe I/O Solo / no serial number card [Resolved]

This was a direct purchase from IK Multimedia and now I am stuck with a paper weight. I asked for the serial number from their support service and got a pop up that they will get back to me in a few days. Really , this is how poorly you treat new customers ?
This was my response from support "A request for support has been created and assigned #5649370. A representative will follow-up with you as soon as possible." [mod redacted - unnecessary]

They issued me a serial number for it
