iRig HD 2 firmware update constantly failing

Postby AlexRnR84 » Sun Oct 09, 2022 6:26 pm

Hi all,
trying to update my device, the process keeps failing with errors.
I'm on Win10, downloaded updater latest version 1.14, here's the log:

Read PCB Rev: 0
Read 64 EEPROM bytes.
Current EEPROM data:
10 18 12 34 19 63 00 33 00 01 9A B4 04 03 00 01
01 00 15 07 1B 0B 1B 2E 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
97 0E 56 78 00 01 01 00 15 07 1B 0B 1B 2E 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Firmware is updating.
The operation could take several minutes to complete, please wait...
Do not disconnect while updating the device firmware.
HID command sent.
Searching device "IK Multimedia" "iRig HD 2 DFU"
Found HID device VID:0x1963, PID:0x0034
Device Release Number: 0x0110
No firmware update available for this device
HID communication terminated.
Firmware update finished with ERRORS!
ERROR CODE: 1
Now you can disconnect iRig HD 2.

What can I do? Does anyone had the same issue?

ASIO drivers were successfuly updated instead.

Thanks for the support!

Other users may chip in with suggestions.

Meanwhile, as this is not a company Support forum, the best thing to do is contact Technical Support via the IKM web site, for some one to one diagnosis and help. Search the FAQs first, as there may be relevant results. After that, you should see a [Contact Support] button at the bottom of the page, linking you to the Support form.
