Axe I/O Solo Registration [Resolved]

I just purchased an Axe I/O Solo and there was no product registration in the box to register and enter the serial number. How can I get this resolved? It's literally impossible to send in the question to contact support as it asks for a serial number but I do not have one.

Just wanted to follow up to let everyone know that IK was able to provide me a serial number so I could register and use the Axe I/O successfully! Thanks IK for your help!!
