T-Racks Leslie not Authorized

I'm having an issue with T-Racks Leslie. I purchased it a few days ago, checked the IK Product Manager and it's there under T-Racks and says it's registered. However, when I launch Logic Pro, and set it as a plug-in on any of the tracks, I immediately get a pop-up message saying "This model has not been activated. Do you wish to enter the Custom Shop now to try out or purchase this model? So, I say yes, the Custom Shop opens and it says Purchased on 9 7, 2020. If I hit cancel and use the plugin, I get a white noize hiss every 30 seconds. Can someone help?

I had a similar problem with Classic Clipper this week. The solution to my problem was as follows:

1. Open the IK Custom Shop app.
2. Click on the "Gear" pulldown menu and select "Restore My Gear".

That was all that was required to solve my problem. The plugin now functions normally in Pro Tools. Hope it helps you with your issue.

Thanks for the response gmfrees. I actually purchased the entire Leslie Collection and it authorized correctly

But, did the
Click on the "Gear" pulldown menu and select "Restore My Gear".

I did not try that. I had purchased the Amplitube Leslie, and decided I wanted the Leslie Collection. When I ran the serial for the Leslie Collection through the Authorization Manager everything began working.
