MODO Drums will not Install From Product Manager

Using the newest IKPM 1.0.1 I can not get MODO Drums to install. It tries to install and goes through 5 attempts, but still no installation. Also IKPM does not show an error from the failed install in the Notifications section.

Not sure if this is releated: Lurssen would not update on earlier attemps. But it did complete installing update when I tried it today.

Anyone else?

Info from that FAQ:
We have seen some users affected by the latest Windows 10 (2004 May 2020; July/August) updates which in some cases may cause installation conflicts with IK Product Manager. This is related to the Windows Security Settings and can be corrected with a couple of steps.
