Steps to start using Irig hd2

Postby Scott Viehbeck » Mon Jul 27, 2020 2:31 pm

I completed the installation of all my files on my PC for my iRig HD 2. I'm not sure how to move forward in using it. Would appreciate info on a short step by step on starting to use the iRig from my PC.

I see info that it shows where you plug in the instrument to Irig and plug in to the PC. But how do I start the use of the software to begin using iRig hd2 to record.

Does the software open up on PC when I turn on the iRig HD2?
Haven't seen any instructions that mention this step.

Can you update us on your AmpliTube and Serial Number thread first?

Otherwise we could take you off down the wrong track.

Scott, I specifically asked you not to post the full Serial Number, 0nly the first 5 characters, so I have removed part of it.

Anyway, "ATX40" tells me that it for the AT4 bundle (I wanted to make sure that it was not the one for the free "AT4 Custom Shop").

To minimise confusion, I think that this is best continued in your other thread:

Make sure that you have followed the guidelines that I gave there.

I may lock or remove this thread later, as it will no longer be needed.
