Just finished setting up my brand new Stomp controller (after navigating the labrynth of getting it to work with Windows). Am I wrong, or should the lights on the unit be on while plugged in to power, even though it's not connected to my laptop? Do I have a faulty power line, or is this normal? I thought I remembered the unit showing power prior to connecting to laptop when I first opened it, but it doesn't now.
