Non Working X-Vibes

Hello All,
Hope I am posting in the right Area. Does anyone know of issues with the X-Vibe pedal? I ordered one arrived dead in box replacement worked for a day then died. Now I have 2 bricks. Anyone have any ideas on how to get one of them to work. I wasn’t ripped off I got a refund seller did not want the non working pedals back.

Did you buy them from an authorized IK dealer? Either way, please contact IK Support via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw and they can troubleshoot with you directly.
