Need help w AXE I/O solo

Hi there.
My laptop was stolen while I was having dinner at a restaurant. Along with it, I lost all my emails and software, but I still have an audio interface at home. My son dealt with all issues with the Internet, since I am not very good at this. Now he is in another country, and I had to figure it out myself. Of course I have a Focusrite, but compared to this card it's trash. This card requires drivers, which must be found on the Internet. I created an email and registered, but could not enter the serial number again. I also can’t find a chat with support.
Can anyone help me?

You should be able to use IK Product Manager to get your drivers for AXE I/O Solo. You can download it at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/productmanager and once you install that you can log in with the account you use here.

You can also use the My Products section of your IK User Area on the IK site at https://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea/my-products/ where you log in using the same account.

If you had registered your AXE I/O previously that should still be associated with your account and available in either of those places.

If you are posting from a new account you'd need to log on using the account with which you registered AXE I/O Solo. You should be able to recover your password if you still have the email associated with that account. If you do not, IK Support can assist you via https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw

Thank you very much! Support quickly resolved the issue and I continue to enjoy my reamping.
