I recently got the iRig Pro Duo I/O and thought it would work out of the box. When connecting to my iPad 9th gen with Social Media I am only getting channel one to output. I'm using AmpliTube and VocaLive with corresponding channels chosen and left running in the background. I have also tried using iRig Recorder in the background. Neither of these are allowing me to get output from both channels at the same time. I'm getting both channels in my monitor and it seems I can record in GarageBand and iRig Recorder with separate channels, but not in TikTok. I even made sure I'm using the correct cables. I still only get channel one to output. Someone please help.
