I can't figure this one out.
At last night's gig my martin guitar would drop out from time to time, quite often too... couple times during a song. I switched the 9volt battery in the martin but that didn't help either.
I have an irig 2 and am using it with my Martin GPX1AE. I connect the 1/4" amp output of the irig 2 to my Behringer XENYX1002FX into the mic2/line in connection.
As I play... the guitar will drop out from time to time. I have even tried replacing the battery in the Martin and it still does this. Do I need to connect the 1/4" amp output from the irig 2 to a DI box then to my Behringer mixer?
When I switched to the mitchel ms100 it didn't drop out at all.
