Axe I/O Amp Out

As described in the user manual, the "To Amp Out" switch on channel 1 should route the signal directly to the amp out.
In my case the level at the amp out is 20db lower. How do I get more levels without boosting the signal via software?

You would need to control the level of Amp Out in the AXE I/O Control Panel and/or in the software you are using.

The levels in the control panel were all at max, that wasn't the problem.
But I have now fixed the error. In my case I connected the Axe I/O on my M1 iMAC to another USB port. That solved my problem.
However, other USB devices work without errors on this USB-Port.
