iRig Stream not connecting with iPhone X

Hello, please advise me if you can.

I just purchased the iRig Stream after realising that the iRig Solo only outputs audio in Mono.

Unlike the iRig Stream Solo which I plugged into my iPhone and it worked immediately. I plug in the iRig Stream and my iPhone X does not connect to it. I tried closing and opening the app, I tried closing other apps that use audio and video. My iPhone OS is up to date. I tried using 3rd party apps like "Microphone" which also doesn't detect that iRig Stream is connected. I tried iRig Recorder. Tried recording directly to the standard video recorder on the iPhone.

It's brand new.. but I'm thinking maybe it could be the cable that's faulty ?...... I bought the charger for the device and it does charge my iPhone when I plug it in.. but otherwise it's not connecting.

after buying about 5 different RCA's, adapters, cables etc.. and every suggestion I can find on google and YouTube still not working.. I decided to just go for it and replace my iphone X with an iphone 14.. hoping it would detect my brand new iRig Stream. Unfortunately it didn't work.

When I read people feeling frustrated in the process of setting this up, I really understand.

Have you contacted IK Support? For most iRig Stream is a plug and play experience, I'm sure they can figure out what is going on and get you up and running.
