Axe I/O Control Software download not working

So I had to re-format my Mac and am getting everything set up. However, when I go to the software section on the product manager and click on the download button the text changes to "downloading" but nothing is ever downloaded. Amplitube is fine but I need this for reaming. Is there anything I can do or a way to download the .dmg manually?

You can check in your IK User Area on the IK site: http://www.ikmultimedia.com/userarea
