I just bought a brand new IK Multimedia AXE I/O ONE audio interface from amazon.
I didn't find the serial number card inside the box to register the device, and to be able to download the Control Panel application. I just found one card with the links for manual, warranty and support. I have contacted with amazon and they told me to contact with the manufacturer. to me the device is useless without the drivers and the Control Panel application.
So I opened a support ticket and I'm still waiting for their follow-up, but I didn't receive anything till now.
