X-Gear Order - nearly 1 month delayed?

Is anyone else experiencing very long order delays with no correspondence? I totally understand shortages and backorder but I wouldn't expect that when the product says "in stock" when you order it. I ordered the Space and Time pedals on 2023-05-30 and the status still says IN PROGRESS. I've contacted support a few times but no word. :?:

Please post your Support Ticket number here. Peter wil then be able to chase it up with Sales Support to send you a response.
