Can't register my new ToneX Pedal

I bought a brand new ToneX Pedal from Thomann, and I can't register it. On the website it said code - 101, on the IK Product Manager App it said code - 205. What can I do?

I know that our reps work directly with Thomann so you can contact Thomann for a replacement serial or you can contact IK Support http://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/hw with your receipt from Thomann and they'll sort you out. Thanks!
