Problems with AXE I/O ONE Control Panel

Today I received my AXE I/O ONE interface.
I installed the driver/Control Panel software on my PC (Windows 10) and after installing the Control Panel software opened.
When I connect the AXE I/O ONE to my computer, it works, but the control Panel software closes itself and cannot be opened anymore.
When I disconnect the interface, then I can open the Control Panel software without problems.
But when the interface is connected it doesn't work, so the problem is that I cannot work with pedals.....they must be installed in the control panel........
Anyone here who could help me?????
